Custom Fiori Apps on SAP ECC

Our customer utilizes SAP’s ACS (Automotive Consulting Solution) for evaluating their vendors performance. SAP delivers several standard reports as part of this module. The goal of the project was to replace three of the standard SAP reports with Fiori Apps.

Project Background

 

Our Customer utilizes SAP’s ACS (Automotive Consulting Solution) for evaluating their vendors performance. SAP delivers several standard reports as part of this module. The goal of the project was to replace three of the standard SAP reports with Fiori Apps built using Neptune.

Vendor ABC Scoreboard

  • The Vendor ABC scorecard allows users to specify selection criteria like Vendor ID, Purchasing Org, posting date range, vendor category (A/B/C/AB), etc. to list ABC score.

  • Once the scorecard is displayed, the user can either print the scorecard, or email the scorecard or download the report.

  • The report can be sorted, filtered and grouped by any column

Vendor Delivery Score

  • The Vendor delivery score report allows users to specify selection criteria like plant, purchasing organization, Material document number, etc. to output GR documents with their delivery score.

  • The delivery score can then be modified by the user. The report also allows a change reason to be captured

  • Report can be downloaded to Excel.

  • Data can be sorted, grouped, filtered by any column

Maintain Top Vendors

  • This report allows users to create, update, display or delete a “Top Vendor” master record.
    The report allows users to filter by Vendor Name for displaying a Top Vendor

  • Allows users to search of vendors by Name or Id in creation mode

  • Checks if the vendor has already been setup

  • Allows mass deletion of Top Vendor records.

PPM QM Score​

  • The PPM QM score report outputs the PPM Score for vendor stock for which an inspect lot was created.

  • The report allows users to specify selection criteria like plant, vendor, material document, etc.

  • The PPM QM Report can be downloaded to Excel.

  • Data can be sorted, grouped, filtered by any column
